Monika Kowal is Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor  who is changing lives and inspiring a new generation. Born in Poland. 
Monika has bachelor degree in Management and marketing in Tourism industry. She study abroad. 
She became Personal trainer when she was 18 years old.
Monika specializes in:

 Monika has background of dance school and   ballet. 
 She always loved fitness . As her passion took over   Monika become an athlete. She completed  half Ironman race and Chicago traithlon.
Monika's training style incorporates various techniques including high intensity traning,  pilates, resistance traning, core traning, running and cycling. 
She always has passion and desire to help others. 
Monika has purpose in her life. 
Working out helped her get through the hardest times in her life. We need to take control of our all decisions!  How we want to look ,who we gonna become. Nobody is perfect!
We want to be comfortable with who we are.
Monika fitness trainer become a mentor who can help individuals find positive health and help identify aspects of their lives.
